Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send my e-card?
We send you a link which you can forward to your clients in an email with your own Christmas message. We send you a link rather than an attachment as the size can be too large and attachments can sometimes be rejected by the recipient’s spam and virus filters.

How long will my e-card be available online?
Your e-card will be available until the end of the year.

How will my purchase support the Salvos?
20% of the sale price (excluding GST) is donated to The Salvation Army. Your valuable contribution will assist The Salvation Army’s social and community work.

How do I send my logo to you?
Attach your logo in colour in an email to us. We prefer Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps) or PDF format. We can also accept jpegs, psd and tiff files.

How can I pay for my e-card?
We accept VISA, Mastercard or Bankcard.
