Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my cards and envelopes?
Once you have faxed your approved signed proof you will receive your cards and envelopes within 10 working days from placement of order.

How will my cards be delivered?
Cards are delivered freight free to all locations within Australia. They will be sent via a national courier for tracking.

Can I have my cards delivered to different locations / offices?
Yes, we are happy to deliver to multiple locations in multiples of 50 cards. All domestic deliveries are freight free. Please email us the details.

Can I have my cards delivered to an international office?
Yes, this will incur an additional charge to cover international freight cost.

How will my purchase support the Salvos?
10% of the wholesale price of each card ordered (excluding GST and freight) is donated to The Salvation Army. Your valuable contribution will assist The Salvation Army’s social and community work.

How do I send my logo to you?
Attach your logo in colour in an email to us. We prefer Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps) or PDF format. We can also accept jpegs, psd and tiff files but these need to be at least 300dpi or you may notice a lack of quality on your printed cards.

Can my logo be printed in special PMS colours?
Yes, please specify which PMS colours for your quotation. In most cases we will print your logo in full colour (4 colour process).

Do you use environmentally friendly paper?
Yes, we use an A2+ card stock which has Environmental Creditation, uses Managed Plantation Fibre, is Totally Chlorine Free, Acid Free and is Archival Guaranteed. However, we can print on a stock of your choice if you would prefer eg. 100% recycled stock.

Where are the cards printed?
All cards are proudly Australian Owned and Made.
