  3. 3.Email us your logo (preferably EPS or PDF file)

  4. 4.We will email you with a PDF proof of your card with your logo and personalised message

  5. 5.Fax back the signed proof to 03 9510 4400

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my cards and envelopes?
Once you have faxed your approved signed proof you will receive your cards within 7 working days from placement of order.

How will my purchase support the Salvos?
10% of the wholesale price of each card ordered (excluding GST and freight) is donated to The Salvation Army. Your valuable contribution will assist The Salvation Army’s social and community work.

How do I send my logo to you?
Attach your logo in colour in an email to us. We prefer Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps) or PDF format. We can also accept jpegs, psd and tiff files but these need to be at least 300dpi or you may notice a lack of quality on your printed cards.

Do you use environmentally friendly paper?
Yes, we use an A2+ card stock which has Environmental Creditation, uses Managed Plantation Fibre, is Totally Chlorine Free, Acid Free and is Archival Guaranteed.

Where are the cards printed?
All cards are proudly Australian Owned and Made.

How can I pay for the cards?
We accept VISA, Mastercard or Bankcard. You can pay online through our shopping cart using eWAY. Otherwise we can fax you an invoice to fill out your credit card details.
